Two formats, one material

Everything comes off the same press: recycled tire granule with pigment through the whole piece. What changes is the format, depending on how your project is installed.

Formats

Modular tile or continuous flooring

The area and the use decide the format. Both are made to the thickness and density your project calls for.

Free weight area of a gym on black rubber tile

60 × 60 cm

Modular tile

Pieces that install and get replaced one at a time. Ideal for gyms, warehouses and areas that grow in stages.

Playground on colourful poured-in-place rubber flooring

Poured in place

Continuous flooring

A seamless surface installed directly over the area, with curves and color combinations. Ideal for parks and playgrounds.

Thicknesses

From 6 to 30 millimeters

Thickness decides how much impact the floor absorbs. Here are all six, drawn to true scale.

  • 6 mm

    Cardio, hallways, kitchen

  • 10 mm

    General gym, workshop

  • 15 mm

    Functional area, daycare

  • 20 mm

    Free weights, children's play

  • 25 mm

    CrossFit, harsh outdoors

  • 30 mm

    Deadlifts, stables

True scale: the 30 mm block is exactly five times the 6 mm one. If you are not sure which thickness you need, tell us the load and the use in your request and we will recommend one.

Colors

Pigment through the whole piece, not just the surface

Seven colors that do not fade with wear. On-screen tones are approximate; ask for a physical sample before you decide.

  • Black
  • Terracotta
  • Blue
  • Yellow
  • Green
  • Orange
  • Mustard

Three textures

Coarse grain, medium and smooth: from the grippiest finish to the easiest to clean. We recommend one based on the use.

  • Coarse grain
  • Medium
  • Smooth
